Account deletion & data requests

This page is publicly accessible and can be used without installing the app. You can request a data export by email, or submit a verified account deletion request.

Completion timeline

Request your account data

To request a copy of your Tummy Jr. data, email support@tummyjr.com with the subject line "TummyJr Data Export Request" from your registered account email.

After verification, you will receive a secure URL to download your data export within a few hours.

Delete account

Enter your account email and complete the CAPTCHA below. We will send a confirmation link to your inbox — just click it to confirm deletion.

What gets deleted

Account profile data and authentication linkage for the deleted account.
Baby profiles, feeding logs, planner records, and saved in-app personalization data associated with that account.
In-app preference data not required for legal or security obligations.

What is retained

Minimal subscription and transaction audit records where required for billing, legal, or tax compliance.
Limited security and abuse-prevention logs necessary to enforce platform safety and prevent fraudulent reuse.

Retention duration

Retained legal, billing, and security records are generally stored for up to 180 days after deletion confirmation, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.

Expected completion timeline

Verified deletion requests are typically completed within 7 days. In exceptional cases requiring additional legal review, completion may take longer, and support will update request status.

Security controls for deletion requests

CAPTCHA validation is required to submit a deletion request.
OTP/magic-link tokens expire in 10 to 15 minutes.
Verification tokens are one-time use only.
Rate limiting and abuse-event logging are enforced by backend controls.
