1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, using TummyJr, or relying on any content, planner suggestions, recipes, reminders, or baby profile features, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
- If you use TummyJr for a baby or child, you confirm that you are a parent, lawful guardian, or otherwise authorized caregiver.
- You confirm that you are legally able to accept these terms for yourself and, where applicable, for the household information you add into the app.
2. Nature of the service
TummyJr provides informational tools for baby feeding, food exploration, planning, tracking, reminders, and recipe guidance. It is not a medical, diagnostic, emergency, or hospital service.
- Recipes, meal plans, and guidance are provided for convenience and general informational use only.
- The app does not replace professional pediatric, dietetic, allergy, or emergency advice.
- You remain responsible for evaluating what is suitable for your baby’s age, allergies, medical history, development, and feeding readiness.
3. Recipe, allergen, and reaction disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grout Protocol Services Private Limited and TummyJr are not responsible for allergic reactions, intolerances, choking events, food aversions, digestive issues, illnesses, or any other feeding-related outcome arising from recipes, ingredient suggestions, allergen introductions, meal plans, food substitutions, or content shown in the app.
- You must independently check ingredients, textures, portion sizes, preparation method, temperature, hygiene, and allergy suitability before serving any food.
- You should use your own judgment and consult a qualified pediatric professional whenever you have doubts about safety, allergies, reactions, medical conditions, or feeding progression.
- If your baby shows signs of distress, allergy, choking, breathing difficulty, or any urgent symptom, stop relying on the app and seek immediate medical help.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. The app is intended as a support tool, not a basis for medical or legal claims about feeding outcomes.
4. Use in accordance with law
You agree to use TummyJr in compliance with applicable Indian laws and regulations, including laws relating to child welfare, food safety, consumer protection, privacy, cybersecurity, and unlawful content or misuse.
- You must not use the service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purposes.
- You must not upload content or information you do not have the right to share.
- You must not attempt to interfere with the app, bypass security, scrape content at scale, or misuse accounts, notifications, or support channels.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for how you act on content shown in the app.
- Keep baby profile details such as date of birth, allergy information, and diet preferences accurate and current.
- Review recipes and guidance carefully before preparing or serving food.
- Use common sense, age-appropriate feeding practices, safe preparation standards, and professional advice where needed.
6. Accounts and profile security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account, except where caused by our own failure to use reasonable safeguards.
- Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
- Do not impersonate another person or create accounts using inaccurate or misleading information.
7. Content and intellectual property
The app, including its design, text, features, graphics, recommendations, and software, belongs to Grout Protocol Services Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may use the app for personal, non-commercial use unless we expressly agree otherwise.

9. No warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TummyJr is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete accuracy, or perfect suitability for every baby.
- We do not guarantee that use of the app will prevent feeding issues, allergy events, adverse reactions, or health complications.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grout Protocol Services Private Limited, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, profits, or opportunities arising from or related to the app.
- This includes claims relating to recipes, meal plans, allergen guidance, feeding logs, notifications, delays, outages, or reliance on app content.
- Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Changes to the service or these Terms

- Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
- If you do not agree with a revised version, you should stop using the service.
